Mark Quinn of Photos by Q is Recognized as 2006 Photographer of the Year

Cleveland, Ohio July 1, 2007 --  Mark Quinn of Photos by Q was recognized as the 2006 Photographer of the Year by the Society of Northern Ohio Professional Photographers (S.O.N.O.P.P.), a local affiliate of Professional Photographers of America.   Photographer of the Year is awarded, in part, to recognize a photographer’s performance in professional print competition held in November of every year by S.O.N.O.P.P.
